M T Cross is linked to Oopsy Daisies - therefore some payment correspondence may mention Oopsy Daisies. We accept payment via paypal and most credit and mastercards. If you do not have a paypal account, you can still opt to pay by card with secure payment. When going through checkout you will get to the 'payments' page. Click on the 'paypal' icon, which will direct you to paypal, and then choose the option to pay by card without opening an account. This is a secure payment option.

We are please to announce that our UK shipping rates have been greatly reduced and that we also now deliver Worldwide.
NB: For Keepsake Boxes, the postage costs are an extra £2 because of the weight and size.

If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery - with a tracking number or any other service please contact us to arrange additional payment.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified when the order is completed. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
I know from personal experience, there is an exciting anticipation in receiving goodies once you have placed an order. It is our aim, therefore, to ship orders as quickly as possible, most within the same day, and others, including made to order and personalised items, within 24hrs (monday - Friday)
Christmas time is a very busy time for us and orders very occassionally may take a little long to be dispatched but you will be notified of any delay.
Approximate delivery times are noted above but please note that we cannot guarantee these times. Special orders, peak times (eg Christmas) and adverse weather conditions may delay shipping / deliveries.
Keepsake Boxes and other Personalised made to order items can take up to 5 days to be shipped though they are usually despatched as quickly as other items.
T Shirts are usually despatched within 7-10 working days.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Industrial Action or Severe weather conditions within the Royal Mail or Courier Services.
Clothing
Whilst we endevour to make all of our photos etc as accurate as possible sometimes, because of the variations in technology and screens, some colours may vary in apprearance. We use well known, excellent quality, leading suppliers for our clothing. On few occassion a particular item of clothing may not be available but another brand will be used, in it's place, of the same excellence and quality.

Packaging
At M T Cross we believe in recycling so your item/s may not always arrive in a brand new box, however they will always arrive safetly and packaged to standard that keeps your items protected.
Returns
Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable you will be informed and given the option to change the order. If you do not wish to change the order, a refund will be given for the unavailable item/s.
If any items arrive damaged you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be given for the damaged items.
If you not entirely satisfied with an item please return it (unused and suitable for re-sale) within 7 days of delivery and a full refund will be given. (please keep proof of return to make a claim if goods are lost or damaged in transit).
